Molly
Molly is a Duroc pig.
She came to the sanctuary with her daughter Polly from a working farm.
The farmer had decided to sell up but had grown fond of Molly and Polly and wanted a foster placement whilst she searched for land she could keep the pair as retired pet pigs.
Molly and Polly have been with us since November 2022.
They both started off as very nervous and unpredictable pigs but over time have settled in well and now trust all of our adult volunteers enough to accept belly rubs and walk around with us comfortably without fear.
Molly is the slightly darker of the two girls.
We know what year Molly was born but not an exact date so we have given the girls their birthday based on the day they arrived.
Molly's birthday is the 7th of November 2013.
